Handmade ceramic pomegranate vase created as an author’s pottery object using saggar firing technique. This piece is shaped and finished by hand, with a surface formed directly in the kiln through the interaction of fire, organic materials, and minerals. Each mark is created naturally during firing, making every piece one of a kind and impossible to repeat.
The pomegranate form carries a sense of abundance and warmth, making it a meaningful object for a home or a thoughtful gift. This is not mass-produced decor, but a handmade ceramic work with a distinct character and presence.
Saggar firing gives the surface its smoky patterns, deep lines, and warm natural tones. The final result cannot be fully controlled, which makes each piece unique and visually rich.
The inside is glazed. The piece can hold a small stem or be displayed as a standalone ceramic art object on a shelf, table, or console.
